SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
For international orders (orders outside the United States), a shipping charge of $75 will be levied on purchases up to $1999. Shipping will be free for purchases of $2000 & above. International returns have to be shipped by the customers to our Returns Fulfillment Center at their own cost.
Currently we are shipping to the following countries:
Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
RETURN POLICY
Online purchases can only be returned online.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. For international returns, return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
We kindly remind you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, you may request a return within 30 days from delivery of the items. After 30 days, all sales are final. All returns must be received unaltered, unworn, and in the original condition with its original packaging. Any returns without its original packaging in mint condition will result in a $50 charge. Custom and engraved items are considered final sale and non-refundable.

Warranty
Star Wars™ Fine Jewelry provides a 1-year warranty on all your fine jewelry purchased from starwarsfinejewelry.com. The warranty covers manufacturers defects in material or workmanship but it does not cover neglect or abuse.
WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS
The Star Wars™ Fine Jewelry warranty does NOT cover the following items:
Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence or abuse. (For Example: If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs, Star Wars™ Fine Jewelry is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs. If the jewelry was neglected and abused and the warranty becomes void.)
If another jeweler performs any repair or resizing work on an item purchased from starwarsfinejewelry.com. we will not be held responsible for any loss or defect and the warranty becomes null and void.
NOTE: Bracelets will ship inside branded Star WarsTM Packaging with a bracelet pillow, not a light up box.

I have had this bracket for just short of two years. I keep it in its box and have worn it no more than 15 times since purchased. At around 9 months it just broke one day while I was having dinner. Didn’t snag it or anything just pop. Luckily I was able to catch all the beads. The company did repair it under warranty but I had to pay shipping. Last week I was walking down the street with it on and I felt it go. I quickly caught it so I didn’t loose any beads. They would not fix it saying it’s out of warranty. For this price I find the uses of a very lightweight fishing line is not acceptable and clearly is not sustainable. Giving 2 starts only because it looks great when wearing but now is in a plastic zip lock back.
