SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping & returns on all orders within the United States.

All orders are shipped within 14 days of receiving confirm payments.

Customized and personalized products may take up to 21 days to ship

For international orders (orders outside the United States), a shipping charge of $75 will be levied on purchases up to $1999. Shipping will be free for purchases of $2000 & above.

Once the product is shipped the dispatched details will be sent to you via email.

Currently we are shipping to the following countries:

 United States, Canada.

RETURN POLICY

Online purchases can only be returned online.

For international returns, return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Returns have to be shipped by the customers to our Returns Fulfillment Center at their own cost.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, you may request a return within 30 days from delivery of the items. After 30 days, all sales are final.

We will send you the return shipping labels on your registered email address.

Ship the item back to us in original condition with all the tags and packaging the product was shipped in.

Once the product is received, we will initiate the refund or exchange within 7 business days.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days from the date the return is received.

All returns must be received unaltered, unworn, and in the original condition with its original packaging. Any returns without its original packaging in mint condition will result in a $50 charge. Customized and personalized items are non-refundable.

The Galaxy Star Collection can be returned within 30 days from delivery. Only 1 product of Galaxy Star can be returned within a period of 6 months. A customer may only order one Galaxy Star product at a time. If multiple orders of Galaxy Star are placed or multiple products in one order are placed, we reserve the right to cancel one order or one product. Our team will make efforts to contact the customer prior to cancellation. If in the event two orders are placed and fulfilled, one will be eligible for return and the other will be final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Personalized engraved items are non-refundable.
