SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
For international orders (orders outside the United States), a shipping charge of $75 will be levied on purchases up to $1999. Shipping will be free for purchases of $2000 & above. International returns have to be shipped by the customers to our Returns Fulfillment Center at their own cost.
Currently we are shipping to the following countries:
Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
RETURN POLICY
Online purchases can only be returned online.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. For international returns, return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
We kindly remind you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, you may request a return within 30 days from delivery of the items. After 30 days, all sales are final. All returns must be received unaltered, unworn, and in the original condition with its original packaging. Any returns without its original packaging in mint condition will result in a $50 charge. Custom and engraved items are considered final sale and non-refundable.

We’re temporarily extending the return windows in light of shipping/supply chain delays to make your Holiday shopping easier and stress free! Items ordered through StarWarsFineJewelry.com starting November 15, 2024 will have their return window extended to January 15th, 2025.
Warranty
Star Wars™ Fine Jewelry provides a 1-year warranty on all your fine jewelry purchased from starwarsfinejewelry.com. The warranty covers manufacturers defects in material or workmanship but it does not cover neglect or abuse.
WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS
The Star Wars™ Fine Jewelry warranty does NOT cover the following items:
Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence or abuse. (For Example: If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs, Star Wars™ Fine Jewelry is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs. If the jewelry was neglected and abused and the warranty becomes void.)
If another jeweler performs any repair or resizing work on an item purchased from starwarsfinejewelry.com. we will not be held responsible for any loss or defect and the warranty becomes null and void.

The Mandalorian ring is amazing, beautiful, very well made, stunning, I absolutely love it! Let me tell you about the box it came in…..WOW! Velvet lined then into another box where you see a charger, and you ask yourself why is there a charger for my ring?!? Then you see the ring box, open it and totally know why you have a charger for it, you’ll have to buy one to experience it for yourself, it was pretty cool!

I bought the women's and men's rings, both arrived and both measured about a half size to small, which I thought odd given they're not offered in half sizes. Customer Service was great, they responded quickly asking for pictures of the rings on a sizing scale which I provided. I was able to send them back and they sent out new rings. The new men's ring on our scale was the correct size, however, the women's was not. Again I contacted Customer Service and their response was great. Again got the women's ring replaced, but went a size larger. On our scale it measured a half size smaller and fits perfectly. I don't know if the sizing issue is us or them, but the rings are loved. As strange as this experience has been the excellent customer service has made it the least painful I've ever experienced with a product issue. I'll be buying again; lots of Star Wars fans in the family. Others should take lessons from your customer service. Thanks!
